So, I started creating more expert teachers.
The Planmore Story
It is all about a simple desire … Can we make every child succeed?
As a Student, I found it very simple. I could also make my friends do well in exams.
But what about all the others in the class? In the school?
Gradually, a desire evolved … Why not every student in the world?
And then … Why not every child (going or not going to school) in the world?
and finally, the mind scaled it up to …
Why not every individual on Earth?
Irrespective of their literacy levels or their handicaps or their ages or whatever?
The journey of 40 years had begun.
SCALED UP TO A COACHING INSTITUTE
The results were Great.
But the teachers kept moving on.
Running an institute became a nightmare.
Training more and more teachers was exhausting.
They had their own issues and far too many.
We started losing sight of the Goal.
IMPORTANCE OF SYSTEMS
So, we created systems.
A system to manage teachers.
A system to manage students.
A system to manage parents.
A system to manage study material.
and many more subsystems …
TECHNOLOGIES EVOLVED
Meanwhile, technologies were evolving fast.
Now, we could teach anyone, anywhere in the world.
LMS – Learning Management Systems, AR – Augmented Reality, VR – Virtual Reality, Virtual Infrastructure, Machine
Learning, AI – Artificial Intelligence, Gamification, Blockchain
This bouquet of technologies was much needed.
COURAGE
The mindset of the parents and adults is the only thing left in our way to help every child excel.
Courage is needed to overcome this mindset.
